Garrett is a versatile senior level professional with over 20 years of experience in a fast-paced creative environment working on multiple complex projects with varied schedules and budgets. Garrett has outstanding management, planning and analysis skills.

Garrett excels at developing and maintaining productive working relationships with clients, work teams, consultants and varied work groups by focusing on providing trusting client relationships, high quality design, project service and strong leadership. Garrett’s strong ability to leverage skills, strengths and motivation to collaborate and lead diverse projects enables him to generate immediate impact to cost effectiveness, project goals and desired outcomes.

Garrett thoroughly enjoys the practice of architecture. All types of projects are of interest to him, as is the process from concept to construction. He is particularly interested in the development of relationships with clients, contractors, and co-workers throughout the design and construction processes. Always interested in learning, Garrett enjoys exploring and understanding new ideas, products, delivery alternatives and opportunities that will enhance the profession of architecture and his personal understanding.

In Garrett’s time outside of the practice of architecture, he particularly enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends. Whether exploring the local urban environs where he lives and works, or spending time in more remote settings. He is most relaxed when in the open outdoors. A lover of all seasons, he enjoys spending time on the North Shore of Lake Superior, the Mississippi River Valley, and the Lakes and Parks of Minneapolis.
