Rodrigo de Dios Mulet

PROJECT MANAGER

Education

Master of Architecture I – City College of New York, SSA
B.S. in Urban and Regional Studies – Cornell University, AAP

Rodrigo has over 6 years of experience in the architecture industry. Upon completing his degree, he primarily worked in building envelope restoration and historic preservation projects for pre-war and post-war buildings within NYC and the surrounding metropolitan area. Through his role as an architectural designer, he supported his team with on-site existing conditions analysis and assessment, technical research, construction document production, and construction inspections. Since 2019, he worked as a project manager for another firm within the same region that specialized in small to medium scale commercial buildouts for different clients and industries. At this position, he undertook all phases of the project lifecycle, from conceptual design and feasibility analysis to construction documentation, code compliance, permitting, construction administration and closeout. During this time, he worked in over 65 fit-out projects, becoming a results-driven liaison between clients and other project stakeholders.

Since he joined Finn Daniels towards the end of 2023, Rodrigo has worked on various public housing/HRA projects. His previous building restoration experience, attention to detail, and organizational and research skills have proven to be key qualities for his smooth transition to his new position at Finn Daniels.

In his spare time, and when the weather permits, he enjoys spending time outdoors: either sailing in Lake Superior and Bde Maka Ska or hiking and camping in the state parks.
