Jamie brings a combined nearly 19 years of construction & architectural design experience. Beginning in 2004 as a seamless siding contractor, he transitioned into many different types of remodeling projects from frame to finish as well as working as a carpenter for a custom home builder. His desire to learn architecture drove him to Architectural Drafting and Design School, where he started working as an Architectural Technician as he completed the last of his courses. Since then, he has worked in all phases of architecture and on many different project types – commercial, public, tribal, historical renovation, multi-family, restaurants, business, long-term care & medical, educational, event centers, hospitality, and residential.

Jamie enjoys learning about the needs of the client: how they and their facilities or residence work and how he can help to improve it. He strives to listen well and catch every detail on the needs & wants of the client’s project. He loves the challenge of working with the entire construction team (client, architects, consultants, contractors, etc.) to figure out the puzzle of getting the client a well thought out and executed project that meets their needs & wants with the resources available.

In his spare time, Jamie enjoys time with family hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, camping, hunting, fishing, woodworking, home remodel projects, gardening, snowmobiling, ski shoeing, and really anything outdoors.
