Gene has a comprehensive experience in the areas of architecture & designing. He also has a broad background in managing construction including construction supervision and quality, time, & cost control.

In his native Philippines, Gene started working as a drafter and became an Associate after passing and achieving the 5th place on the Board Exam for Architecture in the Philippines. Since then, he has worked on a variety of projects including hotels, restaurants, retail spaces, warehouses, and offices – including government offices. Aside from local projects, he also work on internationally-owned projects for clients such as Timex, National Semiconductor, Cigweld Inc. Production Plant, and National Panasonic Regional Office and Showroom. From there, he held his own architectural practice for three years with a diverse portfolio in design & construction but chose to prioritize his family & moved to the United States with his wife. Before joining us at Finn Daniels, Gene spent 14 years working as an Architectural Designer in another firm where he was able to further his expertise in preliminary design, construction drawings, addendums & construction bulletins.

Despite being one of the “newer” staff at Finn Daniels, Gene has already been enjoying working with the team & helping on his roles on existing conditions surveys, conceptual design, graphical presentations, design development, and construction documents. He is very particular to details, hardworking, and passionate to give his best in all projects. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, traveling with his wife & son, sketching, and hanging out with his family and friends.
