Project: Steak Escape
Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota
Steak Escape is a national chain restaurant located in shopping malls across the country. The Eden Prairie
Center site was chosen as part of the mall's extensive remodeling project and is located within the new food court
area. Main design focuses included providing an efficient kitchen and food prep area, while maintaining open and
friendly interaction with customers.
