Project: Stillwater Hotel and Conference Center
Location: Stillwater, Minnesota
City award for best renovation. Historical renovation (National Register) of two turn-of-the-century
warehouse and manufacturing buildings into a 120-room hotel with full-service restaurant and bar, as
well as a conference center for 400 occupants. Other amenities include an indoor swimming pool, an
exercise area, and exterior walking trails in park land associated at the original territorial
prison and remaining prison walls.
