Project: Wally McCarthy's Hummer
Location: Roseville, Minnesota
Area: 14,843 s.f.
The objective was to create a showroom addition to an existing Cadillac dealership with a separate personality
from the rest of the building. The new facility will allow for separate showroom floors and integrate the
national corporate requirements for the business identities of the two vehicle lines. A modern
design using a façade of glass and steel with a large arched metal roof, the new structure resembles the
strength and bold looks of the Hummer vehicle line. Along with the addition of the showroom to the site, there
will be expanded service space in order to accommodate the increased demand and a Hummer vehicle "Test Track"
to allow prospective buyers to experience the capabilities of the vehicle.
